Customisation

1. We accept photos, graphics and text with approval from the copyright holder
2. We act as customer’s agent to print edible images for customer’s cake
3. Any liability for copyright infringement is that of the customer
4. We have the right to refuse any photos, graphics or text that may infringe the copyright or be offensive in the eyes of the general public
5. We produce the best possible image from your file made using water-based food colours on a sugar icing sheet
6. Cake border and trimming designs are subject to cake decorator desecration
7. The final design may differ from website images depending on specification & size
8. Make them known to us before ordering specific colour requirements or design
9. Discuss with us at least 7 to 14 days in advance for the following
1. Printed edible picture/ icing paper
2. Customised design
10. Otherwise, Additional costs will be charged

Card Message

1. A complimentary message card will be given for every order upon request
2. Customers have to indicate messages correctly upon placing an order
3. Lengthy messages may not be accommodated due to space constraints on the card
4. We reserve the right to accept or reject any request or message on the card
5. It is the customer’s duty to ensure that such requests are acknowledged by us

Instruction for Pre-order

1. Pre-order to be made 3 to 7 days in advance
2. All prices are excluding delivery charges
3. Orders are to be confirmed at least 3 to 5 days as Jelly cakes freshly made
4. Photo and actual design may differ due to lighting

Payment / Order

1. Full payment to be made first
2. We will proceed with your order upon receipt of Full Payment
3. Order will be cancelled if full payment is not received within 3 days
4. Reserve the rights to substitute, change, accept or reject any orders or cakes designs

Cancellation / Change of Date

1. Cakes are specially prepared by us with great effort to prepare the ingredients and artwork
2. Kindly inform via WhatsApp us to process your cancellation
3. There will be strictly no refund
4. Monies paid will be used as credit for future purchases
5. Change of delivery date, contact us at least 7 working days in advance
6. Postpone of the order must not be later than 2 months from date purchase
7. Items sold not are non-exchangeable

Instruction for Jelly Cake

1. Keep in the fridge with a glass of water
2. To be consumed within 3 days upon collection
3. Colour red, green and yellow bleeds easily and may stain other jellies
4. DO NOT leave Jelly Cake at room temperature for more than 4 hours
5. DO NOT put Jelly Cake in freezer
